I. Basic Product Requirements

The Electric Drive Assembly and Maintenance Work Platform should be centered on the original drive motor and control system of new energy vehicles. It should include a motor controller, power system, and fault-setting system. The platform should allow the disassembly and assembly of the drive motor, reducer, and drive assembly while enabling the operational demonstration of the permanent magnet synchronous motor through the electronic control system and DC power supply. The platform should also support functions such as ignition, gear shifting, acceleration, and braking tests, as well as fault setting and data detection for teaching the principles of drive control systems. Overall, the platform should enable electric drive assembly adjustment, maintenance, teaching, and assessment. The platform should train students in electric drive assembly disassembly and assembly, inspection and repair, insulation testing, and airtightness testing.
